PinnacleView Roofing / General Contractor
Industry Certifications
PinnacleView Roofing is led by Brad Beierman, whose professional credentials include Registered Roof Observer (RRO), Registered Exterior Wall Observer (REWO), and HAAG Certified Inspector – Master Level, along with HAAG training in residential, commercial, and wind inspection disciplines. These credentials support the technical knowledge behind our roofing evaluations, observations, and residential and commercial roofing work.
RRO – Registered Roof Observer
Brad Beierman holds the Registered Roof Observer (RRO) credential, Reg. #2212, issued by IIBEC. The RRO credential reflects specialized knowledge in observing roofing work and documenting installation conditions in relation to project requirements and roofing details.
That technical background supports PinnacleView Roofing’s approach to roof evaluations, repairs, replacements, and commercial roofing work.
REWO – Registered Exterior Wall Observer
The Registered Exterior Wall Observer (REWO) credential, Reg. #0066, is held by Brad Beierman and issued by IIBEC. It reflects specialized knowledge in observing exterior wall systems, including cladding, flashing, waterproofing, and related building-envelope details. That background helps PinnacleView recognize conditions beyond the roof that may contribute to water intrusion or exterior performance concerns.
HAAG Certified Inspector – Master Level
Brad Beierman holds the HAAG Certified Inspector – Master Level credential (ID #991909003). His HAAG training includes residential, commercial, and wind-related roof inspection disciplines and supports the evaluation of roofing materials, damage patterns, installation conditions, and weather-related roof concerns. PinnacleView Roofing uses that technical training to document observed conditions and make practical repair or replacement recommendations based on the roof itself.
HAAG Certified Inspector – Commercial
HAAG Commercial training covers commercial roofing systems, inspection principles, damage assessment, and conditions commonly encountered on low-slope and commercial roofs. This discipline was part of the qualification path to HAAG Master certification and complements PinnacleView’s commercial roofing work.
HAAG Certified Inspector – Residential
HAAG Residential training focuses on steep-slope roofing materials, installation conditions, damage patterns, and inspection principles commonly associated with residential roof systems. The training provides a technical foundation for evaluating roof conditions and determining appropriate repair or replacement recommendations.
HAAG Certified Inspector – Wind Damage
Wind-related roof conditions can sometimes be difficult to distinguish from aging, installation concerns, or other forms of damage. HAAG Wind training focuses on evaluating those conditions and recognizing patterns associated with wind effects on roofing materials.
